1 hour private lessons: $50 billed monthly 

Thank you for signing up for private lessons with me. I'm happy you are considering my expertise of such value that you would like to enter into the following contract. My schedule is such that I must adhere to a rather strict policy in regard to scheduling. I appreciate your understanding. Please read the following carefully before committing to begin your lesson cycle.

Lesson Policy: If I miss a lesson, I pay for it (issue a refund for missed lesson), if you miss a lesson, you pay for it (no makeup for missed lesson.) 

Once schedule is agreed upon by both instructor and student it cannot be changed or altered. 

Student may cancel lessons at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. Billing takes place on the date the billing was begun (i.e. subscription is started on 5th of month, billing happens every 5th.) Cancelations made after the billing cycle will not be refunded. Student is responsible for making a note of when the billing cycle commences. 

If a student has to miss a lesson (i.e. vacations, business trips, unexpected illness), they are expected to notify the instructor within a timely and courteous manner. No makeups will be issued for any reason.
